How To Make Specialty Coffee At Home

Some care is essential in preparing specialty coffee so that it doesn't lose its properties.

1. Purchase our coffee through the link in the bio.

2. Always use mineral or filtered water. Never tap water, since chlorine can change the taste of your coffee.

3. Turn off the heat when small bubbles appear at the bottom of the pot. This is the moment when the water reaches 93ºC to 98ºC.

4. Place the paper filter on the support and add your measure of Matre Café evenly, without squeezing the powder, on the bottom of the support.

5. Strain the coffee by pouring the hot water into the center of the strainer, gently, in circular motions. Do not stir!

6. Let the water drain completely.

Now just enjoy good times with friends or at work.
